Public Notice-Pest Control
Cary School District 26 follows an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program that prioritizes prevention, non-chemical methods, and the careful use of pesticides, with a focus on products that are least harmful to human health and the environment.
Pest control services are scheduled during the first week of each month and are conducted by The Bug Man, Inc., in accordance with Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines.
The district’s Operations Coordinator oversees all pest management practices and can be reached at 224-357-5100 with any questions.
Parents or guardians who wish to receive written notice before pesticides are applied to school property may register with the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations.
